{"id":1068,"date":"2017-04-13T13:28:00","date_gmt":"2017-04-13T18:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/?p=1068"},"modified":"2022-02-08T13:50:14","modified_gmt":"2022-02-08T18:50:14","slug":"causa-de-perico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/recetas\/causa-de-perico\/","title":{"rendered":"Causa de Perico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de esas entradas infaltables en nuestra mesa peruana es la deliciosa Causa, esta vez apostamos por hacerlas con nuestras tabletas de perico en el relleno con algunas espinacas y quedaron incre\u00edbles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfBuscando m\u00e1s ideas para preparar platos en esta semana santa?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1Esta es recomendada! \u00bfTe animas? \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tabletas de perico \u201cUMI FOODS\u201d<\/li>\n<li>4 papas amarillas medianas<\/li>\n<li>2 aj\u00edes amarillos<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas<\/li>\n<li>2 limones<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc atado de espinaca<\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>Sal\/pimienta<\/li>\n<li>Mayonesa al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p>Comenzamos sancochando las papas amarillas en abundante agua o al vapor. Cocinar desde agua fr\u00eda y evitar que llegue a ebullici\u00f3n (Las burbujas har\u00e1n que las papas se quiebren).<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado ponemos los aj\u00edes amarillos picados en cubos en una sart\u00e9n con aceite. No queremos que los aj\u00edes se fr\u00edan sino que cojan un poco de color, aproximadamente 5 min. Una vez retiramos los aj\u00edes, los licuamos junto al aceite en el que se cocin\u00f3 hasta formar una pasta.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1073\" src=\"http:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/04\/causa-de-tilapia-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"854\" height=\"461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/04\/causa-de-tilapia-02.jpg 854w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/04\/causa-de-tilapia-02-300x162.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/04\/causa-de-tilapia-02-768x415.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/04\/causa-de-tilapia-02-400x216.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Las tabletas de perico lo cortamos en cubos peque\u00f1os y lo sazonamos bien.<\/p>\n<p>Preparamos un aderezo con la cebolla cortada en cubitos y ajo en cubitos o en pasta. Una vez est\u00e9n bien cocinados lo retiramos del fuego. Procedemos a fre\u00edr el perico en cubos, una vez este cocido y con un dorado ligero agregamos a la sart\u00e9n el aderezo de cebolla con ajos y mezclamos.
