Tambi\u00e9n lo combinamos con peque\u00f1as porciones de arroz, palta y camotitos.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-719\" src=\"http:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/mg_0453.png\" alt=\"_MG_0453\" width=\"854\" height=\"569\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/mg_0453.png 854w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/mg_0453-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/mg_0453-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/mg_0453-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Un plato demasiado delicioso! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 paquete de 400gr de Tilapia empanizada UMI Foods<\/li>\n<li>200 gr de Frejoles negros<\/li>\n<li>200gr de arroz<\/li>\n<li>600ml de agua (300 frejoles 300 arroz)<\/li>\n<li>1 atado de culantro<\/li>\n<li>1 atado de albahaca<\/li>\n<li>2 camotes<\/li>\n<li>1 palta<\/li>\n<li>Comino, Sal, Pimienta, Ajos al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Aceite vegetal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Comenzamos remojando los frejoles un d\u00eda anterior. Los ponemos a sancochar con agua, sal, ajos y comino.
