El temaki es un bocadillo japon\u00e9s que se divide en dos palabras: Te que significa mano y maki que es enrrollado, ya que la idea de \u00e9ste es que lo podamos hacer con nuestras propias manos sin necesidad de la esterilla que se utiliza para hacer el sushi.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-785 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-5.png\" alt=\"Temaki-5\" width=\"854\" height=\"454\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-5.png 854w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-5-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-5-768x408.png 768w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-5-400x213.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Te compartimos nuestra versi\u00f3n de temaki con basa Umi Foods, ver\u00e1s que es super f\u00e1cil de hacer y queda genial para momentos en familia o amigos, de d\u00eda o de noche \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Que lo disfruten!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6;\">1 Filete de Basa UMI foods<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>20 gr Harina<\/li>\n<li>20 gr Panco<\/li>\n<li>250gr Arroz glutinoso<\/li>\n<li>25ml de vinagre blanco o de arroz<\/li>\n<li>25gr de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>5gr de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 Paquete de algas nori<\/li>\n<li>1 Zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>1 Apio<\/li>\n<li>1 Palta<\/li>\n<li>Brotes de Brocol\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p>Comenzamos con el arroz, el cual lo lavamos muchas veces hasta que el agua sea transparente (lo que estamos haciendo al hacer esto es quitar el almid\u00f3n). Dejamos reposar unos minutos y lo cocinamos en proporci\u00f3n 1.5 de agua a 1 de arroz. A parte calentamos el vinagre junto con el az\u00facar y la sal el suficiente tiempo para solo disolver los ingredientes ( no hervir).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-786 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-6.png\" alt=\"Temaki-6\" width=\"854\" height=\"454\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-6.png 854w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-6-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-6-768x408.png 768w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/05\/temaki-6-400x213.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Una vez listo el arroz lo dejamos enfriar en una bandeja y le agregamos la preparaci\u00f3n de vinagre y removemos.<\/p>\n<p>Para el filete de basa, lo cortamos en bastoncitos del tama\u00f1o preferido lo sazonamos bien y lo pasamos primero por harina, luego por huevo batido y al final por panco. Siempre quitando los excedentes luego de cada ingrediente. Usamos la mitad de una alga nori y en una esquina ponemos una cama del arroz y encima los bastones de zanahoria,apio y palta junto con el filete de basa frito.
