{"id":860,"date":"2016-07-24T14:25:13","date_gmt":"2016-07-24T14:25:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/?p=860"},"modified":"2016-08-06T19:53:56","modified_gmt":"2016-08-06T19:53:56","slug":"ajiaco-de-quinua-con-tilapia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/recetas\/ajiaco-de-quinua-con-tilapia\/","title":{"rendered":"Ajiaco de Quinua con Tilapia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Qu\u00e9 ser\u00eda nuestra cocina peruana sin un delicioso ajiaco y es por eso que en esta oportunidad decidimos poder hacer este plato pero hecho en base a quinua, que es 100% natural con propiedades incre\u00edbles para nuestro organismo, acompa\u00f1ada de nuestros filetes de tilapia y papitas gratinadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Si estabas en busca de ese plato para sorprender y calentar a todos, con esta receta no hay pierde!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 empaque de 1kg. de filetes de Tilapia Umi Foods<\/li>\n<li>Harina o chu\u00f1o<\/li>\n<li>3 aj\u00edes amarillos<\/li>\n<li>Ajos<\/li>\n<li>2 rebanadas de pan<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lata de leche evaporada<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>Quinua blanca<\/li>\n<li>1 papa<\/li>\n<li>Queso Mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Aceite vegetal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p>Empezamos sazonando nuestro filete de tilapia, lo enharinamos y lo fre\u00edmos en aceite vegetal. Una vez frito lo reservamos.\u00a0Preparamos la quinua con ajos, un chorrito de aceite y sal con agua en proporci\u00f3n 1\/1.\u00a0Ponemos a sancochar las papas y el huevo.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-865\" src=\"http:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/07\/b.png\" alt=\"B\" width=\"853\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/07\/b.png 853w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/07\/b-300x158.png 300w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/07\/b-768x405.png 768w, https:\/\/www.umifoods.com\/umiblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/07\/b-400x211.png 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 853px) 100vw, 853px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Luego licuamos el aj\u00ed amarillo con agua hasta formar un pasta y remojamos el pan en la leche evaporada. Una vez hecho esto, comenzamos a fre\u00edr los ajos y agregamos la pasta de aj\u00ed amarillo y dejamos cocinar aproximadamente 5 minutos.\u00a0Mientras el aj\u00ed y el ajo se cocinan, podemos licuar el pan con la leche en que se remoj\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Agregamos el pan licuado al aderezo y movemos.
